BG Digital provides custom web application development, ongoing maintenance retainers, and related software consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply alongside any such agreements. Unless your agreement says otherwise, each build includes 30 days of post-launch support; ongoing support after that is available as an optional retainer.

2. Acceptable Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through our contact forms.

For client projects: intellectual property ownership and license terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Generally, clients receive full ownership of custom-built deliverables upon final payment.

Payment terms for client projects are specified in the signed project agreement. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments. Late payments may accrue interest as specified in the project agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Results from our services are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BG Digital and Brandon Gonzalez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
